Dream Demon

Death won't accept him and thus he remains, a calamity, a indisputable master of his victims' nightmares.

Starting at level 16, at the start of every encounter, Freddy Krueger cannot use any of his actions (excluding weapon attacks) until the encounter ends.

Freddy can choose a target to bring with him into the Dream World. Freddy can also put creatures to sleep passively (1d4 rounds) so long as they are 30ft near him or forcefully. If freddy decided to put a creature to sleep forcefully by USING an Action, the creature must do a Wisdom Saving Throw (8 + Wisdom Modifier + Proficiency Bonus). At successful save, the creature can delay their sleep (1-2, coinflip). If the target rolls a Natural 1, the target immediately falls asleep. If the target rolls a Natural 20, the target will refuse to sleep (another 1d4)

The Dream World is an endless domain in which Freddy has full control inside it. Freddy can spend an action to choose between commands in his domain. Only one command is capable of being active at a time.

Blood Warden - The world shapes to satisfy Freddy's sadistic nature, each time the creature moves around the Dream World, spikes are conjured to fire at them, dealing damage equal to your proficiency bonus.

Fired Up - Freddy terrifies the creature inside the Dream World and causing Freddy to gain advantage to attack rolls against the creature.

Remember Me? - Freddy reveals himself to the target and starts his ruthless game of cat and mouse. In which he torments his target via projecting horrid imageries.

When Freddy pulls a creature to the Dream World, the target's current buffs will be removed as long as they are inside the Dream. Freddy also gains a temporary hitpoint equal to (15 + proficiency modifier.)

While inside the Dream World, Both Freddy and the creature can attack, use actions, reaction, cast a spell as normal.

When Freddy moves 40ft away from the pulled creature while in the dream world, he becomes invisible to the creature.

All damage inflicted by Freddy from the Dream World will occur to the physical body of the creature. If the creature dies in the Dream, the creature dies outside too. If Freddy dies inside the Dream, he and his target will return to the real world with half of their maximum hp and causes Freddy to not be able to use this feature again until he finishes a long rest.

The creature pulled into the Dream World can be awakened by dealing damage on their physical body from outside sources, allowing them to repeat a wisdom saving throw. If the creature successfully woke up from the Dream World, they suffer from 3 levels of Exhaustion.
