The Rescue of Arabelle has been recognized by Madan Eva. The ominous & mysterious fortune-teller does not give away anything, other than her fondness for his child. By saving her the powerful diviner has bestowed upon you following boons:

• Vistani unconsciously recognize the blessing Madam Eva has given you, even if they couldn't vocalize it. You make charisma based checks against Vistani with advantage
• You gain proficiency in either the Insight or the Perception Skill. If you're already proficient in the skill of your choosing, the skill becomes an expertise. 

• Your abilities to move like the wind are enhanced: While moving with a dash or step of the wind you may run over water. While taking the dash action step of the wind, your speed propels you into the air. You may take 25ft of movement vertically as if you'd run on air. Depending on the situation your DM may oppose your movement with an acrobatics check.

• When ending your turn on water or in the air, you'll take fall damage or sink as normally.
