Counterspell

Reaction - you may attempt to counterspell an arcane spell cast that you can detect. Expend a spell of = level or higher, roll a d20 + INT modifier vs the spellcaster's MD. Success will expend both spells, negating each other to no effect. Failure means the original spell is unaffected.
