Prerequisite: The ability to cast at least one spell that deals fire damage
Spells you cast ignore resistance to fire damage and treat immunity as resistance. In addition, when you roll damage for a spell you cast that deals fire damage, you can reroll any 1s or 2s but you must keep the new roll, even if it's another 1 or 2.
