First of all, credit goes to UsernameAlreadyTaco for the feat "Joke of Opportunity" which I merely edited to make it more usable for one of my characters.

You have practiced techniques useful in stupid combat, gaining the following benefits:

  • If no creature has attacked you and you have not had to make any saving throws since your last turn, you may, during your turn but before attacking, make a bonus spell taking the form of a bad pun. It is vocal and deals 1d4 sound damage, but only to creatures that can hear it. If a creature is damaged in such a way, then that creature must make a wisdom saving throw. The DC is 4 + the performance modifier + the insight + the persuasion modifier. If the saving throw fails, then the creature is stunned until it is dealt damage, moved, touched in any way, or until the start of the caster’s next turn.
  • When you damage a creature that is concentrating on a spell, that creature has a disadvantage on the saving throw it makes to maintain its concentration. (You must damage the creature with Tomfoolery)

You have an advantage on saving throws against spells with verbal components, but only against creatures that have been damaged by Timfoolery during Tim’s last turn. (Starting when Tomfoolery is cast and ends at the start of your next turn)
