The soul of a dragon has been imprinted onto you. From this gift, a character can bring forth the power of the dragon, taking on the appearance and abilities of a dragonborn. Passively you gain bonus to ability scores of your choice (both options are +1) and the ability to speak and read draconic.
You can activate the Union of Souls as a bonus action for a powerful boost to combat ability; Armor Class increases by 4, access to a special Breathe Weapon attack, and resistance to damage correlating to the Draconic Lineage of the soul.
Every 2 rounds after activation adds a point of exhaustion, applied to the character after the form is dropped. If the character reaches 8 points, the soul has been effectively depleted of all life force, ending the effect with the character's death and inability to be revived.
If the character's hit points reach zero in this state, the player will be considered dead rather than unconscious.
