Prerequisite: Two Weapon Fighting and three regular sized Swords (Shortswords can be used too), 13 or higher in Strength
When using Two Weapon Fighting with a Sword in each hand, put a third Sword in your mouth and if you hit a target two times in a row, you may use the third weapon to attack with your modifier.
