Versatility through Strength

You have worked with weapons enough to learn how to use your strength to your greatest advantage. When you make an attack with a weapon that has the Versatile property, you can always use the Versatile damage die even if you are only wielding it with one hand.

Alternatively, you can use a two-handed weapon (such as a greatsword or greataxe) in one hand. However, doing this means you can not wield another weapon in your off-hand, but you can wield a shield.
