Disconnected

Whether from birth or by circumstance, you have been nigh-fully disconnected from the Weave. This gives you both detriments and benefits:

• You cannot cast spells or produce magical effects except through a Warlock pact or through a magic item. If you have any levels in a spellcasting class other than Warlock on receiving this effect, you loose them. If you have a subclass that grant you the ability to cast spells or produce magical effects (such as Arcane Archer, Eldritch Knight, Echo Knight, and Arcane Trickster), you lose access to all features from that subclass. If you are a Monk, you lose access to any Ki effects you could impose on others (such as Stunning Strike), as well as any feature that would allow you to cast a spell or affect the world outside yourself (such as the Four Elements features or the spells cast through the Way of Shadows).
• You are unaffected by the World Charm (Tentaos-specific).
• You have disadvantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks.
• If you wouldn't normally have advantage on a Dexterity (Stealth) check and don't have disadvantage, you gain advantage on the check. If you have advantage on the check from another source, reroll one of the dice.
• When determining what creatures are surprised by you, ignore their Alert feat and similar features that would negate surprise.
• You have advantage on saving throws against the scry spell.
