Prerequisite: Fighters Only
When the character hears the phrase "Character Help Me!" Yelled out when someone is near death, they gain a surge of power even if they are in death saving throws. They are invulnerable for 3 rounds but for the first two rounds their attacks automatically fail. On the last round they gane advantage on all attacks and deal critical damage on any hit. Once this effect wears off they take double damage of all attacks that hit them during their surge. If character survives they sleep for 1d10 days.
