you can disect dead bodies (dm chooses a skill check and how high said check is(I recommend slight of hand with a minimum of dc13)) and either build a monster that's under your controll (dm's choice on stats) however if you imbue no soul into the monsters you create they will not be at their full capabilities or replace a limb and gain said limbs powers or attributes (for example if a player lost and arm this one could replace said arm with one from a race of orcs instead humans and gain some strength) this would probably require a con save from the recipient of the limb and a skill check from the one attaching (has to have this feat)
