You’ve manifested some of the power of the great silver dragon, Argynvost, granting you the following benefits:
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Once per long rest you may activate one of the following features:
Frightful Presence. Each creature of your choice that is within 120 feet of you and aware of it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute as a large phantasmal representation of Argynvost, the silver dragon, appears behind you and mimics your movement. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to your Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Change Shape. You magically polymorph into a humanoid or beast that has a challenge rating of 1 or lower. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (your choice).
Cold Breath. The phantasmal head of Argyvost appears above you and exhales an icy blast in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC18 Constitution saving throw (, taking 28 (7d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Paralyzing Breath. The phantasmal head of Argyvost appears above you and exhales paralyzing gas in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC18 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
