Dagger Master

You learn how to perform advance dagger maneuvers in order to get an advantage in combat.

• When you have a dagger in your inventory, drawing it does not expend a free action as long as it is immediately used for a melee or ranged weapon attack on the same turn it was drawn.
• You can use a bonus action to ready a dagger to be thrown. This dagger can be thrown as bonus action on a following turn. 
• If you aren't in initiative, you can target one creature you are within 5 feet of. Make a performance or a deception check, contested by the target's insight check. The creature must share a language with you. If you succeed, initiative is rolled, and you are allowed to make a melee weapon attack with a dagger during the surprise round. If you go first during this surprise round, the effects of sneak attack apply to this attack.
