At the 3rd level, your patron grants you access to a fragment of its own essence. This fragment takes the form of a baby phoenix. This phoenix follows the restriction of a normal familiar.
The phoenix's weapon attacks are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming immunity and resistance to nonmagical attacks.
When the phoenix takes damage, you can use your reaction to grant it resistance against that damage.
You can attack with the phoenix as a bonus action on your turn.
At 10th level your familiar gains further strength, assuming you have taken Kossuth's Familiar of Rebirth.
The phoenix loses its vulnerability to cold and gains one extra damage dice on both of its attacks.
The familiar now also gains its own place on the turn order, no longer taking your bonus actions.
At 20th level your phoenix truly awakens. Once per week your Phoenix of Kossuth can take up its true form. It assumes the stat block of a proper phoenix yet any bonuses given through features towards your familiar still affect it. It will stay in this form for an hour or until it is defeated.
