Prerequisite: Strength 15 or higher.
While Grappling a creature, you may attempt to blind them by poking them in the eyes (creatures with more than 2 eyes have Advantage on the save, creatures with 1 eye have disadvantage on the save, creatures with no eyes are immune to this effect).
The save is DC 8 + str modifier + your proficiency bonus.
- Blinded creatures give advantage to all attacks against them and they have disadvantage with all attacks.
