You possess a powerful musculature that makes light work of many physical tasks.

Once per turn, when you make an ability check that uses your Strength modifier, you can add your proficiency bonus to the check. You can add this bonus even if you are already proficient in the skill you use, unless you are benefiting from a feature (such as Expertise) that doubles your proficiency bonus for that skill. You can add this bonus a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain any expended uses after a long rest.

In addition, you can move a creature an additional 5 ft. when you push it using a Shove attack, and your carrying capacity is determined by this formula: (your Strength Score + your Proficiency bonus) X 15.
