• You have 3 infected die. Whenever you make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can spend one Infected die to roll an additional d6 to add to the roll. You can choose to spend one of your infected die after you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. After the roll of the infected die has been determined take damage equal to the number inflicted buy the [inflicted die]1d6[/roll].
• You can also spend one inflicted die when an attack roll is made against you. Roll a d6, and then add the number determined to your AC, after the roll of the Infected die has been determined take damage equal to the number inflicted buy the [Infected die]1d6[/roll]. 
• You regain your expended infected die when you finish a long rest.
