Cantrip Master

When you cast a cantrip with an effect that scales with level and usually targets one creature other than yourself, you can reduce the effect of the scaling in order to target multiple creatures. For example, at 5th level, the cantrip mind sliver could, with this feat, target two creatures in exchange for only dealing 1d6 damage each, and the normal effect of subtracting a d4 from the target’s next saving throw would apply to both targets.
