"I learned how to rope in a bull when I was twelve. Knowing that, if I were you, I would reconsider running."

You know how to use a lasso.

Lasso
Lasso is a martial ranged (15/25) two-handed weapon that deals no damage. If you hit a creature not more than one size larger than you, it is grappled by you. If the target is larger, you are connected to it and are pulled with it if it moves, unless you let go of the lasso. Once you have a creature grappled with a lasso, you can:
- use your shove attack to knock it prone without getting into melee with it.
- use your movement to pull the creature with you (as usual per grappled status).
- use your movement to pull the creature towards you at half your movement speed (i.e. if your movement is halved due to grappling, it's halved again to quarter speed).

If a creature is moved with the lasso more than its movement speed would be without the lasso grapple, it is knocked prone.
If a prone creature is moved with the lasso, it suffers 1d4 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet traveled.
Target can escape the grapple as per usual or by dealing 5 slashing damage to the lasso (AC 10), destroying it. Grapple also ends if you let go of the lasso as a free action.

Lasso master
You are proficient with a lasso and suffer no disadvantage when using it at melee range. If you have a creature grappled with a lasso, you can:
- use your bonus action to perform a shove attack to knock it prone
- use your bonus action to perform simple manipulations with the lasso, such as tie it to a structure, throw it over a tree branch or attach it to the saddle of a mount. If you attach the lasso to a willing creature, the target is grappled by it instead of you (use its size to determine grapple, and it's strength for grapple checks).
- Hogtie the creature. If you successfully grapple a creature that is already grappled by a lasso, that creature is restrained. It can use its action to break the lasso (Strength(Athletics) DC 18 check, destroys the lasso) or slip the bindings (Dexterity(Acrobatics) DC 18 check), thus ending both restrained and grappled condition.
It takes you a single action to create a lasso out of at least 30 ft of rope.
