Disability: Magically Blinded

from magical incident or magical birth you have lost the sight of your eyes. However through the remaining 4 senses you have gained a new way to see the world. 

You are Permanently under the blinded status effect which can only be removed by the effects of the wish spell, any other spell that can remove this status effect automatically fails if used to attempt to heal sight. If the Regenerate spell is used, the spell works except for the eyes. You automatically fail perception checks that require sight. 

You have gained a unique sense (sense vision) which extends to 60 feet through a combination of hearing, smell and feeling which acts like normal vision . Anything inside this range that makes noise or has a scent is seen as a Blur when they are outside of 30 feet of you. When within 30 feet rough shapes can be detected , 10 feet defined shapes can be seen and 5 feet you can see all features. You can focus on the direction with your sense when making a perception check and that check realises hearing and smell only. you read 2 time slower then normal as you use your fingers to read the written words. 

At the start of each of your turns in combat you roll perception check DC 10 to detects everything that is making a noise unless the creature is actively hiding which then you needs to Beat their Stealth check in order to detect them. 

This sense is disable while you are underwater and you can not sense anything that does not make a sound, smells or touches you. You can tell ally’s from foes apart while they are in 60 feet range. For spells that require sight , you substitute this sight for required sight. 

when you have a spell that makes a creature or a spell that can grants vision to you, you can use a free action to see thought instead of an action and can maintain that vision until you are hit, the spell ends or the creature is at 0hp. while you have this vision you are not blinded. any items that grant you sight you also negates the Blind effect.
