You are granted a Deed with a parcel of land no smaller than 40x40ft, and no larger than 150x150ft, at the Dm's discretion for your character.
You are granted one Steadhand who will help maintain the stead while you adventure, but you will need to return to the land to oversee and aid in any major work.
The Steadhand will ensure all livestock are taken care of so long as their numbers don't exceed fifty total, at which point you will need to hire a second Steadhand. for the next fifty and so on and so forth. If the homesteader so chooses, the livestock can be managed as a Butcher Farm and makes a revenue of 2gp per month with only fifty of a single livestock, and 2gp additionally for each fifty of the same being butchered.
The Homesteader may use (Nature), (History), or (Survival) to decide and design the structures of the homestead and it's purposes.
