Guild Feat - Surveil (House Dimir)

Thanks to your social skills, cultural awareness and extensive network, you have a tendency to know the word on the street and are able to tap into the grapevine to gain information pertinent to your locality.

• You gain proficiency in either deception or insight.
• When first arriving in a new place – usually a village, town, city or some other built-up area – you can make an insight check. You will usually be privy to some tidbit or information – but whether or not it is true is determined in secret by the DM who makes the roll in secret!
• When being told a story or account by someone, you have a chance to determine how much truth there is to their words. Make an insight check with advantage.
