Changeling Evolution - Read Thoughts

By the mutable capabilities of your race, you've gained some of the telepathic abilities of your sister race, the Doppelgangers.

This feat allows you to cast Detect Thoughts at will, without requiring components. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell. The range from which you can detect a creature's thoughts is increased to 60 feet, but you can only detect the thoughts of a creature you are currently duplicating the appearance of using your Change Appearance racial trait.

After a creature succeeds on its saving throw against a Detect Thoughts cast through his feat, the spell does not end. Instead, that creature becomes immune to your use of the ""probe deeper into the same creature's mind" portion of Detect Thoughts cast by you using this feat for the next 24 hours.

In addition, after you successfully use Detect Thoughts' "probe deeper into the same creature's mind" feature on a creature using this feat, you gain access to the creature's tool proficiencies and language proficiencies. These proficiencies last until you use your Change Appearance racial trait to return to your true form, or duplicate the appearance of a different creature.
