Counter Striker

You gain both these abilities when this feat is taken

• Whenever you targeted by a melee weapon or spell attack: you can use a Reaction; you then make one melee attack towards the creature attempting to hit you, if you hit the attacking creature the damage it takes from this attack is halved. Then you roll 1d4 plus Dexterity modifier and then the attacking creature's roll to hit is reduce by that much for that attack.
• Whenever you take damage by a melee weapon or spell attack: you can use a Reaction; after you take damage you can then make one melee attack against the attacking creature.
