Lucky Shots

Whenever you make an attack roll you can declare the attack to be lucky allowing you to reroll the dice. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all charges after you finish a long rest. Once per day after you charges are expended you can roll 3d12 and if you get triples 7s you get all charges back.
