Through either dangerous experimentation, divine intervention, or simply bad luck, you have been affected by a massive time-space event, and you have come out irrevocably changed.
Once per in-game week, you may cast the Time Stop spell without using a spell slot, and as if it were a 1st level spell. The duration of the stopped time is reduced to 1 turn or 6 in-game seconds, and when the time stop ends you take 3d6 force damage. If this damage would reduce you to 0 - your maximum health you instantly vanish in a flash of light, forcing all creatures within 60 ft to make a constitution saving throw against your spell save dc, blinding them for 1 turn if they fail. If this character can not normally cast spells they use Intelligence for spellcasting.
The damage dealt by this increases to 5d6 at 5th level, 8d6 at 10th level, 10d6 at 15th level. At 20th level the damage dealt at the end of the time stop is removed.
