- Increase your Constitution or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain a bonus to initiative equal to your Wisdom modifier instead of Dexterity modifier.
- You can use the Help action as a bonus action.

Only difference is that this use WIS instead of DEX for initiative, while original feat stacks both bonuses
