Prerequisite: you must have a 9th level spell slot, you must know the wish spell, your character must have at least 18 magic caster levels.
You have studied the secrets of magic to the extreme and gained the knowledge or ability(or both) to cast epic magic spells(aka 10th and 11th level magic). You gain a spell slot for 10th and 11th level magic as a class resource that you expend to cast epic magic, you get these slots back after a long rest.
You can pick a 10th and 11th level spell each upon acquiring this feat, any other epic magic spells must be learned in order for you to cast them.
You may put these spells in your 9th level spell list with the actual spell level appended at the end of the spell name. (I.E. "Mavin's Create Volcano (10th level)" is what the spell name will look like.)
Due to the secrets or abilities you've gained, you do not follow the normal rules for casting epic magic. Instead you treat epic magic just like normal magic and can even use your epic magic spell slots for higher level versions of lower level spells. You don't lose character levels or require a partner to cast epic magic.
Good luck finding any other epic magic spells though. : )
