Prerequisite: Minimum Charisma Ability Score of 13 Minimum character level of 4 The ability to cast at least one non-cantrip Abjuration spell
Your experience with Abjuration magics have lead you to an innate understanding of them. You gain the following benefits:
- You learn one abjuration cantrip of your choice, and you learn one 1st-level abjuration spell of your choice. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
- You can cast this feat’s 1st-level spell without a spell slot, and you must finish a long rest before you can cast it in this way again. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have.
- You gain the Arcane Ward feature as available to the School of Abjuration arcane tradition of the wizard class. The ward functions as it would normally, but it has a hit point maximum equal to your proficiency bonus * your Charisma modifier. If you already possess the Arcane Ward feature, you do not gain a second ward, rather your ward uses whichever hit point maximum calculation is higher.
