Prerequisite: ability to cast 3rd level wizard spells
You always have counterspell and dispel magic prepared. They do not count against the number of spells you can prepare each day.
You cast counterspell and dispel magic as if you expended a spell slot 1 level higher. Also, you have +1 bonus on ability checks related to the two spells. You may take this feat multiple times. Each time increasing the spell slot level by 1.
