Enchanter (Wisdom)

Your experience with Enchantment magics have lead you to an innate understanding of them. You gain the following benefits:

• You learn one enchantment cantrip of your choice, and you learn one 1st-level enchantment spell of your choice. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells. 
• You can cast this feat’s 1st-level spell without a spell slot, and you must finish a long rest before you can cast it in this way again. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have.
• You gain the Hypnotic Gaze feature like available to the School of Enchantment arcane tradition of the wizard class but you may only use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier and regain all expended uses on a long rest.  If you possess the Hypnotic Gaze feature otherwise, then a target of this feature has disadvantage on the saving throw as long as it is not hostile to you.  You gain this additional effect a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier and regain all expended uses on a long rest.
