You are able to use a combination of keen insight and lightning reflexes to avoid being noticed during your movement.
When taking this feat, choose an ability from either Wisdom or Dexterity. On your turn as a bonus action you may roll a check of the chosen ability type, adding your proficiency modifier. For the next 1 minute, whenever you take your standard movement on your turn, any creatures with a passive perception lower than your total roll for that ability check are unable to perceive your movement. If at the end of your movement, you would be unobservable by a creature so affected, you would appear to that creature to have vanished entirely.
This does not affect any creatures' ability to perceive you when you are stationary or at any other time while you are not taking your standard movement, including during a Dash action or extra movement granted by a spell such as Haste.
