You gain the ability to cast multiple concentration spells at once. The more concentration spells you cast the higher the DC to maintain concentration gets. Your new Con Save is DC 10+ spell levels combined (cantrips and 1st level spells count as 1, 2nd level spells count as 2, 3rd level spells count as 3, etc...)

Example: If you cast Bless (1st level) and Haste (3rd level) your new DC to maintain concentration would be 10+1+3=14 . Although taking heavy damage in a single strike can raise the DC further. If you take 30 damage in a single hit your new Con Save DC would be (30/2)+1+3=19. Also if you upcasted a spell to a higher level you must treat it as the higher level spell.
