Your dhampir sustenance is dependent on the consumption of knowledge of all forms. When feeding, illusory script lifts from the page and is a scrumptious snack for a scholarly dhampir. 

Identify. You can cast the spell Identify on magic items by spending an amount of time researching and referencing your past research. This also in turn satiates your thirst.

• Common/uncommon items take 1-2 hours and 5gp to identify depending on their complexity 
• Rare items take 3 days (8 hours per day) and 25gp to identify
• Legendary items take one week and 50gp to identify
