You must be wielding a lance to get the benefits from this feat, which are as follows:

>You can wield a lance with one hand when you are not mounted.

>If you move your entire Speed with a Dash action to get to a creature, you can use a bonus action to make an attack. This attack can knock a Large or smaller creature Prone with a DC of 10+ your STR modifier, as long as you are using a lance.
