Draco

When activating this feat tattoo you invoke the mental prowess of Gem Dragons. This power can be released in charges equal to your wisdom modifier, you restore these charges at dawn everyday. This power can activate in several different ways. 

1. As an Action:  You can spend (5) charges to don the mantle of your chosen dragon choice (Amethyst, Crystal, Emerald, Topaz, Sapphire). In this state your AC increases by 2, you gain resistance to your dragon's given damage type, you gain a fly speed of 15 feet, and finally you gain a breath weapon related to your chosen type (see the Wyrmling statblocks for each type). These effects last for 1 minute. 
2. As a Bonus Action: You can spend (2) charges to gain temporary hit points equal to your overall level + your Wisdom modifier. These temporary hit points last either until you take a short or long rest or until they are dispelled. Temporary hit points  do not stack.
3. As a Reaction: When you take damage of a given type (Thunder, Psychic, Necrotic, Radiant, Force) you can spend (1) charge to gain resistance to that damage until the start of your next turn.
