Due to unexplained biological alterations, your source of sustenance is substantially different from regular creatures.
Instead of regular food, blood is your primary source of nutrition. One pint of Humanoid blood is enough to sustain you the same way one meal is for other humanoids that require eating and drinking. Animal blood only provides half as much sustenance for the same amount, and there is a 50% chance that it provides no sustenance.
Eating regular food is safe, but it tastes utterly sickening. For every bite of regular food you eat, you must succeed a DC 10 constitution save or violently vomit up all food ingested.
While you are not fully satiated, the sight of others bleeding can cause you to instinctively attack them. While you are not full, during the start of your turn, if there is a creature within line of sight that has the bleeding condition, roll a DC 10 wisdom save. On a failure, you must spend that turn moving as close as you can to the nearest bleeding target (choose if multiple are the same distance). If within reach, you must perform at least one bite attack against the target.
