Up to 3 times per day, your DM can have you roll a DC12 Constitution save. If failed, you fall over due to your iron deficiency. You take one point of damage, excluding anything you might have fallen on or off of (weapon, height, etc). If you are in combat and fail the save, you can't take any more actions until your next turn and your opponent(s) gain advantage on their attacks against you until your next turn.
If you succeed your saving throw, nothing happens.
