You gain blindsight 30 feet and tremor sense 60 feet.

You gain advantage on wisdom (perception) checks that rely on sound.

You gain advantage in Wisdom (Insight) checks to determine whether someone is lying, so long as they have a discernible heartbeat.

Whenever you become subject to sudden, cacophonous source of sound, such as from the spell Thunderwave, you suffer disadvantage on your attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws until the start of your next turn beginning when the sound has subsided to a manageable level.
