On an Ranged Weapon attack you can target a creature behind full cover, that you have full knowledge of, sending the shot around the obstacle within the minimal range of the weapon
Additionally If blinded you can take ranged attacks without disadvantage as long as you can determine a target with a (Hearing,Smell) Perception Check
