You are great at first impressions. Everybody has a particularly pleasant (or unpleasant) first encounter when they meet you.
You have advantage on all Charisma checks made against a creature you have never met in person before. Additionally, whenever you score a 20 or higher on a charisma check against a creature, that creature will gain the charmed or frightened condition the next time they see you, as appropriate to the nature of your previous encounter. A creature that is immune to being charmed is immune to this effect.
