You have been introduced and studied some magical theory and have learned a few spells associated with first year students at The University of Valhurst.
As a new student, you chose a course that taught you the basics of magical enchantment and elementary spell craft. While in the course, you learned the cantrips 'Control Flame' and 'Shape Water'. You may also choose one 1st level spell from the Wizard Spell list that you have also learned.
You can cast the chosen 1st-level spell without a spell slot, and you must finish a long rest before you can cast it in this way again. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have.
Your spellcasting ability for this feat's spells is Intelligence.
