Prerequisite: Requires a Tool proficiency.

Due to your experience with creating items, you can now imbue magical effects into them. When you create an item with a tool you are proficient in, you can, once weekly, talk with your DM and add a magical property, the strength of which is determined by your level, the rarity of the materials, and the quality of the item. To decide the quality, roll a d100. As the number goes higher, the item gets stronger. The quality levels are as follows:

  • 1-9: Trash. This item is the worst possible quality. A beggar won’t want it.
  • 10-19: Poor. A commoner might have a few, but they don’t care for them much.
  • 20-49: Ordinary. These are what most own.
  • 50-59: Good. A decent piece of work, but nothing special.
  • 60-69: Excellent. A very nice object, but findable.
  • 70-79: Amazing. It could belong in a noble’s house.
  • 80-89: Covetable. People will seek it out.
  • 90-99: Masterwork. You could cause a serious fight over this.
  • 100: One of a Kind. This is an item that will never be seen again.
