Lycanthropic Curse Image

At some point in your life you have been subjected to the curse of lycanthropy. It could have been from a bite, passed down to you by a parent or a gift from the deific beastlord Malar. Regardless, it has happened and no simple remove curse can remove it. You abhor fully cooked foods and salads are put of the question almost nausea inducing for one afflicted with Lycanthropy.

While in humanoid form you have darkvision up to 60ft and keen smell when making perception checks. If you already have darkvision you can add an additional 60ft to it.

The smell of blood, a creature fleeing from you or becoming increasingly angry are all things that can trigger a shift from your normal figure to that of a hulking hybrid. In this form you have an additional +2 to STR CON and DEX but take a -2 modifier on your WIS, CHA and INT.

Each time a shift occurs with the character they are given a WIS, INT or CHA save starting at a DC of 24 to remain in control of the hybrid form as the shift completes. On 2 failed saves the shift becomes 1 DC easier and on a succeeded save the shift becomes 1 DC easier. A natural one increases the difficulty of the DC by 1 again. No modifiers or rerolls can be added to this as the beastlord Malar preserves the animalistic nature of this transformation. In addition you will always shift every ten days at the apex of the full moon (DM tracked).

A failed save shift will leave the character with 1 level of exhaustion on the following day and the DM rolling to seeing how much damage is caused to you or the surrounding area/inhabitants.

It takes one action to shift into hybrid form and using one action on you next turn you can attack 3 times.

Once with a bite dealing 1d12 piercing +STR or DEX damage and the the target must make a CON saving throw DC 10 or also be infected with Lycanthropy.

Twice with claws each dealing 1d6 STR or DEX of slashing damage.

Track Current Shift Control DC here: 24
