You can use a bonus action to connect your vitality with the vitality of another LIVING entity in range of touch. When bound your bodies gain or lose HP at the same rate the other is gaining or losing HP. If one of you dies the connection is ended. You can also willingly end the connection by staying in range of touch for 15 minutes. (passively within short rest possible)
You can only be bound to one entity at a time.
