Having travelled, battled and overcome death next to each other numerous times, a martial bond has formed between you and your companions.
- Coordinated Attacks - When you and your Battle Bond are fighting the same creature, you both gain advantage on all attack roles. This counts for melee, ranged, and arcane attacks.
- Coordinated Defense - When you and your Battle Bond are fighting the same creature with melee attacks a +2 AC bonus can be applied; it can be split between the two or solely applied to one of you.
- Damage Bonus - if both you and your Battle Bond hit the same creature in the same round, the creature takes extra damage in the form of one extra damage dice. The die is determined as the lowest base damage die with no bonuses. This extra Damage is applied to the last attack of the round.
- Once a PC is selected to form a Battle Bond with it takes three consecutive levels of working together to form. The Bond will dissolve if the PC's are out of contact for more than 2 levels or 3 months, whatever is shorter.
- A PC can have up to three active Battle Bonds at any given time and can be working towards forming all three bonds at the same time.
