Improve Quicken

Prereq: You  must have access to the Meta Magic Quicken.

Benefit: When you quicken a spell you may still uses your action to cast a 1st level spell instead of only a cantrip.

Addition:  This feat may be taken multiple times each time you increases the max level you can cast by one level so if you take this 3 time you can cast up to 3rd level spell when you Quicken a spell.
