- Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Increase your water movement speed by 5 feet.
- You gain proficiency in Persuasion
- While underwater, you gain a +2 to hit and +2 damage on a successful hit with simple and martial weapons
