The vicious nature of fenrir allows his children to sacrifice less for similar power. You take 1d4 damage for blood rites activation.
Additionally due to the close natures of fenrir and the lycanthrope blood hunters can activate a vicious spectral wolf form on their bonus action for rounds equal to the proficiency multiplier and can be activated the same number of times per long rest.
They retain their sanity during this time in addition to increasing damage by 2/4/6 and increasing ac by 1/2/3
