Brutal Strike

Level 9: You can strike with calamitous force. When you attack, you can declare you're making a Brutal Strike. When you hit with the attack, you do full damage. If you miss, nothing happens. You may use this ability a number equal to STR modifier. You regain uses upon a long rest.

Level 13: When you enter combat with no uses of this ability, you regain one use.

Level 17: Whenever you use this ability, you auto hit. Your damage for this attack also cannot be reduced in any way.
